The purpose of this acquisition is to provide for inflatable planetarium system to project 360-degree video content and astronomy curriculum to support community and educational outreach. Items must be TAA and Buy American compliant.

The vendor shall provide a complete portable planetarium system including an inflatable dome (minimum 5m diameter, ASTM F2374-24 compliant), inflation blower, protective carrying cases, 4K projector with fisheye lens, integrated or portable audio system, a dedicated laptop or tablet pre-configured for operation, and an astronomy curriculum package (perpetual license or minimum 3 years of updates). The system must be fully portable, handicap accessible, operate on standard US 110V/120V AC power, and accommodate at least 25 adults. Delivery is FOB Destination to Patrick SFB, Florida, within 120 days after award. All electronic hardware must be TAA compliant, and the vendor must provide a signed NDAA Section 889 Compliance Representation.
