The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date, provide responses to vendor questions and to clarify the requirements of the solicitation. See attached.
The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, hardware, accessories, and supervision to purchase, deliver, set in place and provide factory startup of a hot water boiler for the building 24 HVAC system. The boiler must be 500,000 BTU with 10:1 turndown, 97% thermal efficiency, 120V 1 PH power, natural gas, and include a BACnet/MSTP card, condensate neutralization kit, 1/2 hp boiler pump with 2" flange, magnetic filter assembly, CO/gas detector with solenoid valve, two EPO switches, and a factory-installed combustion air filter. The contractor must provide one onsite meeting post-delivery and one onsite visit post-utility connection for commissioning. Connection of power, gas, water, vent, and supply air will be by others.
