The contractor shall provide new perpetual RealSAM Dialog Licenses (in blocks of 500) and technical support for both new and legacy licenses, including hosting services for the RealSAM Dialog Engine, Auth Proxy, Streaming Servers, and related infrastructure. The contractor must also provide monthly status reports, bi-weekly license reports, technical support with a 72-hour resolution target, and participate in status meetings. The work is anticipated to be performed at the contractor's facility.
