TT&E and Repair of B-2 Electro-Mechanical Actuators

The work encompasses the functional test, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions required to return the end item to a serviceable condition. The contractor shall perform 'As received' Test, Teardown, Evaluate (TTE) to determine the failure mode causing the unserviceable condition and deliver a shop findings report. If the asset is determined to be repairable, repair activity shall follow the procedures as described in the Technical Order or OEM procedures. A complete and full acceptance test of end-item asset following reassembly is required to bring the asset to a serviceable condition. The contractor shall also comply with all Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAVAF) requirements, including reporting transactions and submitting various data deliverables as specified in the CDRLs.
