The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) requires Architect-Engineer (A/E) services to evaluate, plan, and design the repurposing of approximately 2,200 square feet of judicial office space located in the Markey National Court building.

The A/E shall provide all labor, supervision, technical expertise, and professional services required to support the project from initial assessment through preparation of construction documents suitable for procurement and construction. Services include an existing conditions survey, concept study, design through 100% final review, and construction period services such as submittal review, RFI responses, site visits, punch list development, and as-built review. The design shall include office spaces of various sizes, a private toilet, reception space, and a break/coffee area. The A/E shall deliver design submissions at 15% Concept Design, 35% Schematic Design, 65% Design Development, 100% Final Review, and final Construction Documents.
