This solicitation is issued and will be evaluated under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.102-Architect-Engineer Services, as deviated. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541310-Architectural Services.

The A/E contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform architect-engineer design and project phasing services for the OSHA consolidation/renovation project in the Frances Perkins Building. The project scope includes design through Construction Documentation Phase (CD) and project phasing services for the consolidation/renovation of the exterior suites along corridors N3100, N3600, and N3700, totaling approximately 37,418 square feet. Tasks include conducting information gathering/programming, producing design documents for Architectural, Interior Design, Furniture, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Life Safety design, and developing a detailed Phasing Plan that sequences work by zones with minimal disruption to occupied areas, including swing-space strategies and phased plans to vacate and reoccupy spaces. The A/E shall also provide Construction Procurement Assistance and Management Services as optional services.
