Supportive Housing Services (Up to 180 Days)

The Contractor shall provide structured, safe, and drug-free supportive housing for up to 16 offenders per day at its own facility in Washington, DC. Services include intake and assessment, development of an Independent Living Plan (ILP), case management, workforce development and life skills training, transit subsidies, medical insurance enrollment assistance, 24/7 residential monitoring, meals meeting nutritional requirements, and discharge planning. The Contractor must also maintain a facility compliant with CSOSA building requirements, including safety, security, and ADA standards, and provide all required reporting and documentation.
