Carterra, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the Carterra LSA XT system and is the only source capable of providing manufacturer-authorized maintenance and service on the equipment.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 03/13/2026.
(iv) The associated NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the small business size standard is $34.0 million. This requirement is not set aside for small business.
