The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the procurement and delivery of one (1) shipping container with specific modifications.
Buy American Act (BAA) / Domestic Compliance:
The quoted item must be considered a domestic end product under the Buy American Act (BAA), or at a minimum, be manufactured and assembled in the United States.
Evaluation Criteria:
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. To be considered for award, vendors must strictly adhere to and meet all requirements outlined in the attached technical specification sheet.
