The contractor shall provide all management, sampling, tools, supplies, repair parts, equipment, incidentals, qualified personnel and transportation necessary to operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant, lift station, oil-water separators and grease traps at Lajes Field, including continuous 24/7 treatment operations, sampling and laboratory analysis, preventive maintenance inspections and records, corrective maintenance within emergency, urgent and routine response times, control inspections, operation reports, sludge sampling, corrosion control and painting.
