The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, supervision, personnel, and transportation necessary to perform fire damper repairs addressing deficiencies found during FY24 & FY25 inspections. Work includes repairing pneumatic lines, replacing pneumatic actuators, installing damper access doors of various sizes, replacing Belimo actuators (120v FSLF120 US 30in-lb and FSNF120 US 70in-lb), installing Duro Dyne access doors, and providing Model B fusible links. All work must comply with NFPA 90A, NFPA 80, and NFPA 105 standards. The contractor must provide a 1-year warranty on all components, equipment, and labor.
