This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for shop towel and laundering services for the Iowa National Guard. This combined synopsis/solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation document will not be issued.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to perform shop towel and laundering services for the Iowa National Guard.
All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is attached to this notice as Attachment 02.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to perform shop towel lease and laundering services for the Iowa National Guard. Services include initial delivery of shop towels to each facility within 10 days of contract award, weekly or biweekly one-for-one exchange of soiled towels with clean laundered towels, replacement of lost or excessively damaged towels, joint inventory documentation using the provided form, and monthly invoicing. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce and comply with all installation access, security, and quality control requirements as detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
