The contractor will assess the current meal delivery process and provide recommendations for optimized delivery methods and operational options; evaluate existing kitchen equipment and identify equipment that could improve efficiency, workflow, and meal delivery effectiveness; conduct an in-depth review of the facility and Food & Nutrition department including infrastructure, layout, operational flow, staffing, and culture; meet with facility stakeholders; present a preliminary summary of findings to Senior Leadership during an exit conference; spend two (2) full days on-site completing assessment activities; utilize three (3) remote days for discovery, data review, and analysis; and prepare a comprehensive final report including readiness assessment, culture evaluation, potential savings, equipment recommendations, conceptual layout, investment estimate, training outline, menu assessment, and staffing plan.
