Amendment 01 - Correct the reference in L-003, Factor 1 from Design/Build to Design-Bid-Build
This is the formal Request for Proposal (19AQMM26R0293) for the OBC Roof Replacement at the US Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for August 5-7. Questions are due no later than August 14, 2026 by Close of Business.
Potential offerors are required to attend the pre-proposal site visit in order for their proposals to be considered for award.

The work includes removal of existing roofing, insulation, flashing, and sheet metal; removal of metal panel roofing and flashings; required minor deck repair or replacement; modification of existing roof penetrations, equipment supports or curbs, pitch pans, drains, scuppers, reglets, piping, and electrical service; and all other miscellaneous and incidental work required to install a complete roofing system. The roofing system involves application of a PMMA (poly-methyl-methacrylate) waterproofing membrane or an elastomeric coating, with associated primers, flashings, and topcoats.
