MCB Camp Pendleton, CA Industrialized Construction Projects for Barracks via Other Transaction Authority (10 USC 2808a)

The vendor will be responsible for design, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and commissioning of 10 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA, totaling approximately 655,957 square feet. This includes four BEQs of 401 rooms each (253,382 SF), three BEQs of 261 rooms each (174,470 SF), and three BEQs of 361 rooms each (228,105 SF), all via Repair By Replacement including demolition of existing structures. The work must utilize advanced manufacturing and Industrialized Construction (IC) methods such as volumetric modular, hybrid, and/or Kit of Parts, and must meet or exceed DoD Unified Facility Criteria and Whole Building Design Guide standards.
