The project consists of comprehensive redevelopment of waterfront, marine structural, utility, dredging, and associated shore-side facilities. Base CLINs include design/engineering/permitting (CLIN 0001), demolition and upland site civil (CLIN 0002), construction of waterfront facilities including a fixed wharf and heavy-duty floating pier (CLIN 0003), on-site integrated utility systems (CLIN 0004A), and off-site utility infrastructure and upgrades (CLIN 0004B). Optional CLINs include onsite building renovations (CLIN 0005) and a covered small boat mooring/floating pier (CLIN 0006). The contractor must also provide a separate Owner's job office trailer, performance and payment bonds, and all necessary environmental compliance and permitting support.
