THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY-TYPE PROCUREMENT
Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLC PS) is soliciting a BRAND NAME OEM "Leslie Controls Inc." requirement for the procurement of Stem Fluid Valve Parts, in support of the USS Mustin.
Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability in responding to this requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Quotes received will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website, and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access any of the posted documents.

The contractor shall furnish and deliver eleven line items of stem fluid valve parts, including stems, seats, stuffing box rings, and valve plugs, all manufactured by Leslie Controls Inc., to SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan, with delivery on or before 12 August 2026. The contractor must comply with DFARS 252.211-7003 for item unique identification and valuation on specified line items, and submit invoices via WAWF.
