The United States State Department has a requirement for contractors to provide Pest Control Management service.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and transportation necessary to perform pest control management at the U.S. Consulate Sao Paulo Compound. Services include a minimum monthly site visit to check, evaluate, and perform pest control; installation, checking, replacement, or substitution of rodent traps; application of authorized pesticides following SHEM guidelines; submission of Pest Application Plans (PAP) for each pest; and preparation of monthly reports. The contractor must address infestations of mice, cockroaches, mosquitoes, and other listed pests at specific locations within the compound, including buildings, drainage systems, kitchens, and exterior areas. All work must use only products authorized by the U.S. State Department/SHEM.
