COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR Scintec LAP3000 RadarWindProfiler & RASS
Solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Scintec LAP3000 Radar Wind Profiler system and associated installation and training services for the Navy Postgraduate School (NPS). The contractor shall provide a Scintec LAP3000 Radar Wind Profiler (915 MHz, 800 W peak), a RASS Extension, packing in wooden cases, freight F.O.B. Monterey, on-site training (2 days), and equipment installation. The system must meet specified salient characteristics including wind accuracy no greater than 1 m/s, lowest gate height no greater than 100 m, and minimum range gate resolution less than 50 m. The contractor shall also provide a 12-month OEM warranty covering all parts and hardware.
