After Hours Emergency Service Calls VA Fresno VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) Two Year IDIQ Request

The contractor shall provide emergency HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, stabilization, and restoration during after-hours periods, weekends, and federal holidays. Services include emergency repair of air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, refrigeration units, RTUs, VAV equipment, and critical climate-control systems; immediate response to system failures impacting patient care or temperature-controlled environments; corrective actions, part replacements (if authorized), and system operational restoration; and after-hours emergency support as requested through individual task orders.
