The contractor must provide accredited onsite calibration, temperature mapping, and repair services according to ISO 17025:2017 for autoclaves, analytical balances, reference thermometers, pipettes, and reference weight sets at the Food Analysis and Diagnostic Laboratory (FADL), 2899 Schofield Road, Building 2630, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234, as well as accredited offsite calibration and repair at the contractor's own facility. Services include calibration and temperature mapping for up to 5 autoclaves, calibration for up to 26 analytical balances, calibration for up to 9 reference thermometers, calibration for up to 100 pipettes per onsite visit (up to 200 pipet calibration slots for FY27), offsite calibration for up to 6 reference weight sets, and repair services for up to 12 pipettes. The contractor must schedule onsite services within 4 weeks of notification and complete calibration within 4 working days, and provide final accredited calibration reports within 5 calendar days of service completion.
