The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed price contract to Bridge Platform Holdings for BridgeAthletic App services in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two (EODGRU2). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive web and mobile software application to support the physical readiness and rehabilitation of EODGRU2 STRIKE personnel. The service must include an algorithm to improve individualized weight prescription for each Sailor and each exercise, a daily wellness questionnaire related to sleep quality, mood, energy level, diet quality, hydration status, and soreness levels, and the ability to deliver training programs in a calendar-less format. Administrator users only may add individuals to a group. The quantity is 1,950 users per year.
