Direct Award Determination The Purchasing Division has been requested to approve a Direct Award Contract for the West Virginia's Office of the Governor for a continuation and finalization of consulting services regarding accounting processes and procedures, for the SLRF including federal funds guidance interpretation and reporting requirements. Pursuant to WV Code 5A-3-10c, the Purchasing Division is attempting to determine whether the commodity or service is a direct award procurement.
