The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids for the agency, West Virginia Public Service Commission, to establish a one-time purchase of one (01) 2025 or 2026 model year, four (4) door police interceptor utility cruiser SUVs, per the attached documentation. The bidder must supply one (01) 2025 or 2026 model year, four (4) door police interceptor utility cruiser SUV meeting detailed specifications including all-wheel drive, a 3.3L V-6 engine, 220-amp alternator, 10-speed automatic transmission, heavy-duty suspension and brakes, and various police-specific features such as LED spotlight, pre-wiring for lights and siren, and dark car feature. The vehicle must be delivered within 153 working days after receipt of purchase order, with a full tank of gas, temporary license plate, West Virginia inspection sticker, and no dealer advertising. The bidder must provide a minimum 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.
