The West Virginia department of Homeland Security, Division of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of Anthony Correctional Center & Jail is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of 300 tons of Crusher Run - Gravel for the facility grounds, as more particularly described herein.
The vendor must provide 300 tons of Crusher Run that complies with AASHTO standards, with a maximum gradation size of ¾ inch, made of clean durable crushed limestone, granite or crushed stone, containing a uniform blend of coarse crushed stone, fine gravel and rock dust fines, free of shale clay, organic matter, wood, trash or recycled concrete blends, and capable of achieving dense interlocking compaction. Delivery must be to 313 Anthony Center Drive, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986, and the vendor must unload and place the material at the designated area. All costs including delivery, fuel, and environmental fees must be included in the per-ton bid price.
