INTERCOOL P-323-50 GLYCOL
The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (OSA) Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Department of Health Facilities (DHF), William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital for an open-end contract to provide intercool P-323-50 glycol to the facility. ALL ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO: WILLIAM R. SHARPE, JR. Vendor shall provide intercool P-323-50 glycol on an open-end and continuing basis, delivered to William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital at 936 Sharpe Hospital Road, Weston, WV 26452. The contract includes an estimated annual quantity of 10,000 gallons of glycol and 9 deliveries, with pricing based on unit cost and a percentage markup over vendor cost, subject to CPI fluctuation. Delivery must be F.O.B. destination, and the vendor must designate a contract manager.
