Fall 2026 Tulip Bulbs
Addendum is issued to publish and distribute the following information to the Vendor community. 1. To publish technical questions and answers received for the solicitation. 2. To correct section 6.1 of the Solicitation Specifications. No other changes.
The vendor shall supply and deliver 43,000 tulip bulbs in five groups (A: 17,000, B: 7,000, C: 11,600, D: 4,000, E: 3,400) with specified color blends and bloom schedules, shipped in prepackaged mixtures, to arrive the first week of October 2026 at 320 Michigan Avenue, Charleston, West Virginia 25305.
