The contractor must supply 60 IE-3300-8P2S-A Cisco switches (10 total ports: 8 x 1Gig RJ45 Copper with POE, 2 x 1Gig SFP) each with a 5-year hardware warranty and an IE3300-DNA-A-3Y= 3-year term license; 60 PWR-IE170W-PC-AC= power supply components (170W AC 100-240V / 2.3A 50-60Hz or DC 125-250V / 2.1A) each with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. The contractor must gather a bill of materials, validate the count, deliver all equipment within 30 days of request in a single complete shipment, replace defective power supplies within two business days, and accept and resend replacements for defective equipment within two business days. All equipment must be new and procured directly from Cisco or an authorized distributor. WMATA will perform all installation. The contractor must provide a dedicated point of contact, comply with IT security requirements including threat disclosure, physical security, and supply chain risk management, and provide documentation such as a bill of materials and security features summary.
