Supply and Delivery of Critical Spares for Multistack Chillers

The bidder must supply and deliver specific critical spares for Multistack chillers, including: 3 sets of Copeland Tandem compressor (30 TR, POE, Coresense Technology, 460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, with welded rotalock fitting and teflon gasket, Multistack Part Number Compress124-POE or approved equal); 1 each heat exchanger/evaporator Model V200TH X 98 (Multistack Part Number HEATEXT64T or approved equal); 1 each liquid line receiver (12 3/4 X 18 vertical, 1 1/8 CONN 450 psi, Multistack Part Number Receiver104 or approved equal); 1 each COIL514-CH (6 ROW FRONT WO SUBCOOLER CIRC 20X HERESITE or approved equal); and 1 each COIL515-CH (6 ROW REAR WO SUBCOOLER ASP 20X HERESITE or approved equal). Delivery must be door-to-door to the GSO/RECEIVING WAREHOUSE, AMERICAN EMBASSY MANILA, Seafront Compound, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City 1300, within 30 business days after receipt of purchase order. For offshore vendors, Incoterm must be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The bidder must also submit a photo and specifications of each proposed item.
