Products in the student access machines must be compliant with the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act and USDAâs All Foods Sold in Schools Standards (âSmart Snacksâ). Products sold through our Office of Food Services are not included.
Provide vending machine services for both snacks and beverages at each location, including sodas, sports drinks, juices, water, snacks and other products, with products in student-access machines compliant with the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act and USDA Smart Snacks standards; products sold through the Office of Food Services are excluded.
