The Fuel Facility is generally described as a raised concrete island with gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers, automated fuel management system, and a 24? x 32? pre-engineered metal canopy. The Fuel Facility shall be provided with a 2,000 gallon underground gasoline storage tank and a 10,000 gallon underground diesel storage tank.
The project also includes building demolition along with all sitework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work necessary for a complete and operational facility.
