The OAG is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the OAG and the OAG's client agencies and institutions with respect to projects that involve state supported financing, including legal advice related to federal tax and public finance. Such legal advice may involve, but will not necessarily be limited to, proposed public private partnerships, proposed regulation, developing or reviewing proposed financing structures for the Commonwealth's debt, advising and representing the Virginia College Building Authority (VCBA) and the Virginia Public Building Authority (VPBA) with respect to bond financing, and/or the provision of legal advice and services and some litigation support to the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA) on matters involving the bond and loan programs..
