The County has assembled substantial background information that will be made available to the selected Consultant, including customer survey results, laboratory reports, operational records, water quality sampling results, presentation materials, distribution system information, GIS mapping, hydraulic modeling results, customer complaint records, and other relevant documentation to support the selected Consultantâs evaluation. The selected Consultant is expected to build upon the work and avoid unnecessary duplication of previously completed investigations unless additional validation is determined to be technically appropriate.
