The contractor must provide labor and materials to replace/repair damaged soffit and any additional necessary repairs. Work includes installing new adhered .060 EPDM roofing membrane at the hidden gutters, terminating the new EPDM membrane along the roof side with new shop fabricated 24 gage prepainted counterflashing, installing new 24 gage pre-painted drop drains at each existing location, flashing all corners per the roof manufacturer's standard details, installing new 24 gage pre-painted drip edge at the open perimeter, and stripping in the newly installed drip edge to the new EPDM membrane.
