Please meet inside the lobby of the Farmington Public Safety Building - 661 North Lagoon Drive, Farmington, Utah 84025. Site visit starts promptly at 11:30AM. Anyone arriving after 11:30AM will be turned away from the site visit.

This solicitation posting will be canceled/closed upon the closing date of this solicitation; however, a vendor’s response will still be evaluated by PPDAB as described in the solicitation document.
The contractor will provide janitorial services including cleaning of main entrances, lobbies, office areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and janitor's closets. Specific tasks include emptying trash, damp wiping desktops, cleaning doors and glass, vacuuming carpets, sweeping/mopping hard floors, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and breakrooms, and performing monthly and quarterly deep cleaning tasks. The contractor must submit timecards and invoices monthly to DFCM and quarterly usage reports to PPDAB.
