The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Mother Trailers for a mother daughter trailer system per the specifications and requirements in the Scope of Work.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder.
This solicitation will result in a 5-year Contract.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for a minimum of 2 years.
