The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed General Engineering Contractor (E100) or Landscape/Recreation Contractor (S330) to furnish and install a new automatic irrigation system at West Kearns Elementary School according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - See Project Manual document for details.
It is anticipated this expenditure will require GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the 11/10/2026 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
