The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to with the awarded vendor to build and install the kiosk from start to finish as a turn-key project. The UDWR project leader will oversee the process and will not provide labor or construction support, apart from mounting the prefabricated metal/PVC signs once the kiosk installation is complete.

It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Estimated budget for project is $20,000.00.
Length of Contract: Final installation on-site must be completed no later than December 15, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for thru the completion of the project.
The vendor will prep the ground, dig footers, and pour a cement footer and a 4-inch by 12-foot by 8-foot cement pad to secure a large, roofed kiosk. The kiosk structure must be constructed, assembled, and installed on-site using durable materials such as quality redwood and metal roofing, secured to the cement pad and footers to ensure a 20-year lifespan. The display frame will hold a two-sided wood panel where metal or PVC signs designed and produced by UDWR can be mounted on both sides. This 4-foot by 8-foot panel will include a 2-inch wood border. The vendor must design, construct, assemble, and install the kiosk on-site from start to finish. Final installation must be completed by December 15, 2026.
