The work includes mobilization, traffic control, survey, 1-1/2-inch rotomilling and HMHMA 1/2-inch paving with Relative Automated Machine Guidance milling, emulsified asphalt tack, reconstruction of valve boxes, manholes and pedestrian access ramps, precast concrete barrier removal and installation with crash cushions, untreated base course and shouldering, broadcast seed, pavement markings, preformed thermoplastic messages, signs and posts, and contract time bidding as a Price + Time project on US-189 MP 3.43 to 7.45 in Utah County.
