Replace two (class 3) vault doors with one (class 5) vault door at Texas Military Department's San Marcos Armory.
The contractor shall supply and install one GSA-approved Double Leaf Class 5-A vault door, including frame, threshold, hardware, and Sargent and Greenleaf 2937 lock or equivalent. Work includes removing existing vault doors, frames, and thresholds; saw cutting interior cement wall and steel plates as needed; cleaning and disposing of debris; and notifying the TMD Project Manager of any necessary repairs not covered in the statement of work.
