Texas A&M University, Athletics (“Texas A&M”) is accepting proposals and intends to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide services associated with Athletics Special Events to be held at Reed Arena and Kyle Field along with other venues located on the campus in College Station, TX as set forth within this RFP. Texas A&M intends to utilize pool vendors on an event-by-event basis.
