Smith Hall: complete demolition of the approximately 81,192 square feet three story structure, foundations, interior fixtures and HVAC systems; site preparation including removal of designated concrete structures, capping and securing of utilities; site restoration through backfilling, grading, topsoil application and vegetative cover; protection of existing parking lot lighting. Watson: complete demolition of the approximately 20,393 square feet single story structure, foundation, tunnels, interior fixtures and HVAC systems; site preparation including removal of designated concrete structures, capping and securing of utilities; site restoration through backfilling, grading, topsoil application and vegetative cover; protection of existing parking lot lighting.
