Cullen Performance Hall Roof Replacement FY26

The University of Houston Divisionis seeking a firm for all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to replace the low sloped built-up roof, waterproofing over the main roof of the auditorium along with the two lower side roofs above the service entrances in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Zeigler Cooper Architects, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 7/2/26 @ 10:30 AM CT at University of Houston, 4300 University Drive, Houston, Texas 77204, Cullen Performance Hall, Room No. 160.

**Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification. **
