Texas Woman’s University (“Owner”) is solicitingCompetitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a GeneralContractor firm for Mary Gibbs Jones Hall Phase III located at 604Administration Drive, Denton, Texas 76201 (“Project”),in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth inthis Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals.

This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (“RFP”)is the only step for selecting a General Contractor for the Project as providedby Texas Education Code §51.783(d). TheRFP provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Competitive SealedProposals for consideration and ranking by the Owner.
