The specifications establish the minimum requirements for qualification, furnishing, and delivery of liquid cationic dewatering polymer in 275-gallon intermediate bulk containers for use at the City of Waco Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The contractor shall furnish all product, delivery units, transportation, delivery labor, unloading equipment, liftgate service when requested, documentation, technical assistance, qualification-test support, safety equipment, and other materials and services necessary to complete each delivery and delivery unit exchange in accordance with the specifications.
