The specifications establish the minimum requirements for furnishing and delivering liquid chlorine in one-ton containers and 150-pound cylinders for use at City of Waco water and wastewater treatment facilities.
The solicitation is divided into the following separately awardable Groups:
Group A — One-Ton Containers
Group B — 150-Pound Cylinders
A bidder may submit pricing for one or both groups. The City may award each group separately. Award of one group does not obligate the City to award the other group to the same bidder.
Where separate contractors are awarded to the two groups, each contractor shall be responsible only for the group awarded to that contractor.
The contractor shall furnish all product, delivery units, transportation, delivery labor, unloading and handling equipment, liftgate service when required, safety and emergency equipment, documentation, technical assistance, and other materials and services necessary to complete each delivery and delivery unit exchange in accordance with the specifications.
