The contractor must deliver the product to the Dissolved Air Flotation Facility at 4620 Airport Road, Waco, Texas 76708, and perform a mandatory annual technical inspection of the City-owned liquid-oxygen storage and vaporization system. The estimated annual requirement is approximately 45,300,000 CF (453,000 CCF) of gaseous oxygen equivalent, with routine delivery within three business days and emergency delivery within 24 hours.
