The contractor shall construct emergency generators for hazard mitigation in accordance with contract documents. Work includes all labor and materials necessary to complete the project substantially within 730 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall maintain daily prosecution of work every business day until completion, except on inclement weather days or as determined by the City in writing. The contractor is responsible for site inspection, locating and protecting all subsurface lines and structures, furnishing barricades and safety measures, protecting all work and materials until final acceptance, and complying with all applicable prevailing wage requirements.
