Vendor will provide comprehensive moving services for the relocation of office furniture, supplies, equipment, and other miscellaneous items from current Texas Department of Insurance field office location to a new field office location. Vendor will also provide moving services for the relocation of select items from current Lubbock field office location to the State of Texas Surplus facility – located in Austin, Texas. The vendor must ensure the safe, secure, and efficient packing, handling, transportation, and relocation of all items to designated locations at the new facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary moving boxes, crates, tape, moving blankets, labels and labeling materials, trucks or vehicles, fuel costs, and any other related transportation costs. Services must occur the week of November 16th – November 20th, 2026, between the hours of 8:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M.
