Woodshop Consumable Supplies

The contractor will provide Various Woodshop Consumable Supplies such as plastic bottles, gloves, film, and carts on a blanket order basis for the Denton State Supported Living Center. Deliveries must be made between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM on the specified date, excluding 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, to the address on the issued purchase order. The contractor must furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies as necessary, and is responsible for supervision of its employees and subcontractors, clean up, and proper disposal of waste. Products must be labeled on outer cartons with description of contents, agency purchase order number, and quantity per carton; pallets must be shrink wrapped and labeled. The contractor must contact the point of contact on the issued PO to set up a delivery appointment. No reworked products, products previously refused for delivery, or seconds will be accepted.
